HiZone Child Safety Policy
Last Updated: December 2024
HiZone is committed to the safety and well-being of minors. Our platform is exclusively for adults 18 years of age and older. We strictly prohibit minors from registering or using our services. This policy is designed to protect all children by preventing adults from using HiZone to contact or exploit them. We actively cooperate with law enforcement to ensure user safety and combat child exploitation.
I. Prohibition of Minors
HiZone is for adults only. Individuals under 18 are strictly forbidden from creating accounts or accessing the platform.
Any attempt to misrepresent age or circumvent our age restrictions will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
We utilize a combination of automated and manual systems to detect and prevent underage access.
II. Prohibited Conduct Related to Minors
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in severe consequences, including account termination and reporting to law enforcement:
Creating a profile that impersonates a minor or suggests an interest in minors.
Engaging in any communication or activity that sexually suggests, exploits, abuses, or endangers a child.
Soliciting minors for any purpose, including sexual activity or sharing explicit content.
III. Reporting Suspected Child Exploitation
If you encounter any content or behavior on HiZone that suggests the exploitation or endangerment of a minor, report it immediately using the in-app reporting feature or by contacting us at HiZone@maznit.com.
We will promptly investigate all reports and take appropriate action, including reporting to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other relevant authorities as required by law.
IV. Ineligible Users
Individuals convicted of crimes against children, including sexual assault, abuse, neglect, or trafficking, are permanently banned from using HiZone.
V. Our Commitment to Child Safety
HiZone is dedicated to maintaining a safe online environment and preventing the exploitation of minors. We continually review and improve our policies and security measures to protect children. We encourage users to be vigilant and report any suspicious activity related to minors.
