This Coins Purchase Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and Meta Zone Technology Limited (“Hizone”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
This Agreement governs your purchase and use of virtual Coins (“Coins”) within the Hizone application (“App”).

2. Definitions
2.1 Hizone
“Hizone” refers to the mobile application operated by Meta Zone Technology Limited.
2.2 Coins
“Coins” refer to virtual credits purchased by users within Hizone.
Coins are provided solely for use within Hizone and may only be used to purchase Virtual Gifts, virtual items, or other digital services provided by Hizone.
Coins do not represent:
• Legal currency;
• Electronic money;
• Stored value;
• Cryptocurrency;
• Investment assets;
• Any financial instrument.
2.3 Virtual Gifts and Virtual Items
“Virtual Gifts” or “Virtual Items” refer to digital items, gifts, or interactive features available within Hizone that may be purchased using Coins.
Virtual Gifts and Virtual Items are digital content provided exclusively for entertainment and social interaction purposes within Hizone.
3. Purchase of Coins
3.1 Payment Methods
Users may purchase Coins through payment methods made available by Hizone, including but not limited to:
• Google Play Billing;
• Third-party payment providers;
• Other payment methods provided by Hizone from time to time.
Each payment method may be subject to additional terms and conditions provided by the applicable payment service provider.
3.2 Payment Authorization
By purchasing Coins, you authorize Hizone and/or the relevant payment provider to process the payment using your selected payment method.
All prices displayed at the time of purchase are final and include any applicable charges or taxes required by law.
4. Use of Coins
4.1 Coins may only be used within Hizone to purchase Virtual Gifts, Virtual Items, and other digital services provided by Hizone.
4.2 Coins cannot be used outside Hizone.
4.3 Coins cannot be:
• Withdrawn;
• Redeemed for cash;
• Converted into legal currency;
• Converted into cryptocurrency;
• Transferred to another user;
• Gifted or assigned to another account;
• Sold or exchanged through any third-party platform;
• Traded in any secondary market.
4.4 Users acknowledge that purchasing Coins only grants a limited right to use Coins within Hizone. Users do not obtain ownership rights, monetary rights, or any other property interest in Coins.
5. Virtual Gifts
5.1 Users may use Coins to purchase Virtual Gifts within Hizone.
5.2 Virtual Gifts:
• Have no cash value;
• Cannot be exchanged for money;
• Cannot be transferred outside Hizone;
• Cannot be resold.
5.3 Hizone may modify, add, remove, or update Virtual Gifts and related services based on business, technical, or operational requirements.
6. Delivery of Coins
After successful payment confirmation, purchased Coins will generally be credited to your Hizone account.
In certain situations, delivery may be delayed due to:
• Payment processing delays;
• Network issues;
• System maintenance;
• Third-party payment service failures.

7. Refund Policy

Therefore, after Coins have been successfully credited or used, refunds may not be available except where required by applicable law.

8. Account Security
Users are responsible for protecting their Hizone account information, including:
• Login credentials;
• Verification information;
• Payment account information.

If you discover unauthorized access or suspicious activity, you must notify Hizone promptly.
9. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
• Use stolen or unauthorized payment methods;
• Obtain Coins through fraudulent means;
• Exploit system vulnerabilities;
• Trade Coins with other users;
If Hizone discovers violations, Hizone may take actions including:
• Removing illegally obtained Coins;
• Restricting account functions;
• Suspending accounts;
• Terminating services;
• Taking legal action where appropriate.
10. Transaction Records
Hizone’s system records shall be used as the primary basis for transaction history and Coin usage records.
If you believe there is an error, you should contact Hizone promptly and provide supporting evidence.
11. Service Changes
Hizone reserves the right to:
• Adjust Coin packages;
• Change Coin pricing;
• Modify Virtual Gifts;
• Suspend or discontinue certain features.
Hizone will make reasonable efforts to protect users’ legitimate interests where required by applicable laws.
12. Third-Party Payment Services
Payments may involve third-party services, including:
• Google Play;
• Payment processors;
• Banks;
• Card networks.
Such services are independently operated and governed by their own terms.
Hizone is not responsible for failures or delays caused by third-party payment providers beyond Hizone’s reasonable control.
13. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hizone does not guarantee that:
• The Coins service will always be available;
• All payment methods will always operate without interruption;
• Virtual Gifts or services will remain unchanged permanently.
Hizone will take reasonable measures to maintain stable service operation.
14. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by applicable laws and regulations applicable to Meta Zone Technology Limited, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable laws.
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and effective.
