All purchases made through Hizone are final. We do not offer refunds unless specified in this policy. However, we aim to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience and will strive to resolve any issues that may arise.
2.Digital Goods (Consumables)
Hizone offers virtual goods, such as in-app credits, coins, or digital content. These digital goods are non-refundable once delivered to your account.
• Once these items are used, they are considered consumed and cannot be refunded.
• Unused items may be eligible for review only if there is a technical issue (see section 4).
3.Subscriptions
For any subscription-based purchases, such as VIP memberships or premium features:
• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or yearly).

• Refunds are not provided for any unused portion of a subscription.

5.Accidental Purchases
If you believe a purchase was made by mistake or you did not intend to purchase the item:

6.Chargebacks

• You may lose access to purchased items, services, or premium content.
• We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues before filing a chargeback.
7.No Real-World Value
All virtual items available on Hizone:
• Have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to other platforms.
• Can only be used within the Hizone platform and cannot be exchanged or refunded outside of Hizone.
8.Platform-Based Refund Handling
All purchases are processed by third-party platforms such as the App Store or Google Play.
• Refunds for purchases made on Hizone must be handled directly through these platforms and are subject to their refund policies.
• We are unable to issue refunds independently outside of technical issues or other specific exceptions.
9.Abuse and Fraud Prevention
We monitor all accounts for abuse, including excessive refund requests from the same user or fraudulent chargebacks. Accounts found engaging in these activities may be restricted or permanently banned from the Service.
10.Changes to This Policy
Meta Zone Technology Limited reserves the right to update this Refund & Returns Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted here and will take effect immediately upon publication.
